The Billboards Outside Ebbing & Missouri receives the best drama & best actress awards; Oprah Winfrey accepts Cecil B. DeMille Award: GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS 2018

The 75th Golden Globe Awards ceremony was held in Beverly Hills on Sunday, January 7, 2018.It presented awards to celebrate the best of television and film under 26 categories. The Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and Big Little Lies are the most awarded motion pictures. The Shape of Water was nominated for 7 categories. The Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri won the best motion picture drama award. The award for the best performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture (drama) is won by Frances McDormand for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. And Gary Oldman won the best performance by an actor in a motion picture (drama) award for Darkest Hour. Oprah Winfrey received the Cecil B. DeMille Award.
