Logitech G600 MMO Mouse Review

Like all dedicated MMO mice, the Logitech G600 has plenty of customizable buttons. Similar to the EVGA X15, it even has a third mouse click button, which on this mouse acts as a G-Shift key to activate a new set of settings for each button as long as you hold that button.
Tom's guide review
★★★☆☆
"The Logitech G600 MMO Mouse is a good 20-button laser gaming mouse that's very customizable, but it has some drawbacks."
Pros
Cons
- Insane customization potential
- Thumb buttons reduce dependence on keyboard
- Comfortable, weighty design
- Middle rows of thumb buttons feel indistinct
- Does not support claw or fingertip play styles
- Not very useful for most non-MMO games

"Amazing for MMO games. The side panel offers 12 extra buttons, and this mouse has a unique third button on the top, right under your ring finger. This acts just like a keyboard shift key, which triggers a whole new set of programmed actions on each button, considerably increasing the number of possible actions. However, smaller hands might have trouble using this mouse, and we don't recommend using it with a fingertip grip since you'll more than likely accidentally press the third-click button."
Pros
Cons
- Plenty of programmable buttons.
- Very well-built design.
- Excellent performance; customizable.
- Unsuitable for small hands or fingertip grip.
- Large and heavy design.
- Stiff cable.

Pros
Cons
- Large array of convenient buttons.
- Driver software makes it easy to customize the mouse for individual games.
- Several buttons are difficult to reach.
- Grip is less ergonomic than other, similarly-priced mice.

"If you’re looking for a very good mouse for MMOs and you currently palm you mouse, I'd 100% recommend the G600 over the Razer Naga. The software, the looks, the feel and overall everything’ness described above just put its miles ahead of the Naga."
Pros
Cons
- Comfortable design
- Highly customizable
- A grand total of 72 possible key binds saved in mouse memory
- G-Shift function
- 8200 DPI sensor
- On-the-fly profile switching
- Can't reach all the buttons comfortably

- Less appeal to FPS gamers
- Side buttons are tricky to use
- Designed for righties only
