Britney Spears said in an Instagram post on Monday that she "has a baby" with her boyfriend Sam Asgari. Spears, 40, revealed her desire for more children less than a year ago, ending it in November when she said she could not make her own birth control decisions while in a conservatory. Spears said she underwent a pregnancy test after seeing her belly "grow" despite losing weight recently after a trip to Hawaii. At first, Asgari joked that she was "diet pregnant" but Spears decided to do a test anyway. "So I got a pregnancy test ... well ... I'm having a baby," she wrote. A spokesman for Spears did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Asgari declined to comment. Asghari later posted on his Instagram account that marriage and children are part of a "strong relationship" full of love and respect. “Fatherhood is something I have always looked forward to and I do not take lightly,” he wrote. "That's the most important thing I do." Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline has two teenage sons, Sean and Jaden. His lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said he was aware of Federline Spears' position.
