This time duration is very difficult to everyone because of Covid 19 disease. With Covid 19, we can always hear the word ‘Steaming’. We can do streaming in two methods. They are hot water steam shower and inhalation of hot water basin. From these two methods, most of us, use the second method. In that method, we put hot water into a basin, wrap a towel around our head to prevent steam from escaping, lower the head and take a deep breath. This move hot water vapor with air into the lungs through the nose and throat. But, it is said we should not take a steam bath for more than 15 minutes
